Attached below are my crafted lesson plans utilized in delivering the lessons too the grades 9 and 12 students. Format and strategies undertaken were based on my observation as part of learning to be effective.

My Teaching Plan
Based on what I have observed, teachers were mostly using the deductive method. Additionally, observing the learners in using English, they are good in applying rules, however, in speaking, they lose a bit of confidence. That is why, as you will see my crafted lesson plans above, it was targeting more of their speaking skills.
Observation Sheets
Alongside with the lesson plans crafted, observation sheets were also made in the 2 weeks of being a SEAMEO teacher. I really enjoyed and learned a lot not only about how teachers teach, but also on how the VRU Demonstration School continuously upholds its vision and mission- developing socialization character, values, and knowledge.
